On his fourth visit to India, the richest man on Earth
and Microsoft chairman Bill Gates has opened a new window
of controversy. Bloggers across the globe, have joined
hands to petition the vice-chancellor of
Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU),
one of the largest technical varsities in India,
against the monopoly of Microsoft in its
four-yearunder-graduate Computer Science course. ..
